I bought these for my newly renovated kitchen. I LOVE them. I found the sturdy yet beautiful design to meet my needs. They are heavy, but that's what I wanted. (my husband is 6'5" and 260, they need to be sturdy!) I get tons of compliments on them.

I do not usually take the time after buying a product to go back to a website to review it. But I am so VERY PLEASED with these stools that I want to let others who may be trying to decide on a stool know how great these are. I had been looking for over a year for the perfect stool to use at my kitchen island. I already had wood floors, cabinets and breakfast set so I was hesitant to add more wood in the room. I wanted backless so that they wouldn't take up as much visual room. And I wanted ones large enough to be comfortable for lingering in the kitchen. These are absolutely perfect. I could not be more pleased. The metal and 'leather' look great with my granite countertops. Very sturdy and comfortable. Did I mention they are great?

Having three small children, it was important to find a stool that would take the everyday use and abuse that would be inflicted. These stools are all that and more. Not only are they well built, but they look beautiful in the kitchen. The wide and comfortable seat will accommodate the largest of family members, including myself (250lbs.), while also being super easy to clean with just a washtowel. That is also a great feature with the kids. Can't say a bad thing about them.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Having three young children, it was extremely important to have a stool that would hold up to the daily use and abuse that they would inflict. The sturdiness and design of this stool was everything we wanted and more. The metal frame makes it elegant and indestructable for every day use, which was the most important factor in us buying this item. I was most impressed with the large cushioned seat and how comfortable it was. It could accommodate and hold the largest of family members, including me (250 lbs.). It fits our kitchen island perfectly and the surface of the seat is totally washable, also important with young children. I purchased three and after the first one was put together, I cruised through the other two. Can't say a bad thing about them, except that they are heavy, and if you have hardwood floors or lamenant, you're going to want pads for the feet so you don't get scratches. Awesome product.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
